Starting his 16 year career in the collision industry managing a local dealerships’ collision center, Joe joined the Cole’s team in 2009. Starting as Josh Jewett’s assistant manager Joe quickly learned the detailed processes that Cole’s uses to keep their quality and volume. He is I-Car platinum, ASE Certified and GM Certified. With his training he is well qualified to assist you through your vehicles repair and insurance claim.

Andrew graduated from Siena College in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management. From then he began his career in the auto collision industry in the auto insurance field. In 2010 he joined the Cole’s team as an assistant manager at the Wilton location. Andrew soon learned the ins and outs of the collision center and became the Manager. Andrew has monthly I-Car training experience working with all insurance companies. He runs our new and improved Wilton facility and would be glad to assist you with any insurance or repair needs.

With 29 years in the collision industry, Randy has also been a lifelong resident of Ballston Spa. He is very familiar with the area and always a recognizable face to his loyal customers. With ASE, I-Car and AMI training certifications and experience as a body technician, Randy knows what it takes to keep the shop running smoothly. He is the first one at the shop in the morning and the last one to leave so if there is anything you need, Randy is your man.

Josh graduated from HVCC with a degree in the autobody repair field in 2002. Since then, Josh has moved from a technician, to an estimator, to a manager. Josh helped John Cole open the first Cole’s Collision Center in Colonie in 2007 and has continued to be a loyal and dedicated employee at Cole’s Collision Center. Josh has excelled in every area of this industry and that is what makes him great at what he does. You can rest assured that his processes and attention to detail will give you the repair you need and expect.
